AlzLabs does not itself perform medical services or laboratory testing. Any biomarker testing or clinical services are provided by independent third-party laboratories or licensed healthcare professionals.
These Terms do not govern any separate agreements you may enter into with third-party providers.
2. EligibilityYou must be at least 16 years old and located in the United States to use the Services.
The Services are not intended for use by individuals who require emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
3. Agreement to TermsBy using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

The biomarker testing referenced through the Services may also be performed by independent third-party laboratories and/or ordered by licensed clinicians. In those cases, AlzLabs does not interpret or guarantee clinical results.

7. Intellectual PropertyAll content, materials, and information available through the Services are owned by or licensed to AlzLabs and are protected by intellectual property laws.
