These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AlzLabs.org and any related websites, pages, content, educational materials, communications, and services provided by AlzLabs (“AlzLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Scope of Services
AlzLabs provides educational information and resources related to brain health, Alzheimer’s disease research, and biomarker science. The Services may also provide information about or facilitate access to third-party laboratory testing services, clinical providers, or research partners.

AlzLabs does not itself perform medical services or laboratory testing. Any biomarker testing or clinical services are provided by independent third-party laboratories or licensed healthcare professionals.

These Terms do not govern any separate agreements you may enter into with third-party providers.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and located in the United States to use the Services.

The Services are not intended for use by individuals who require emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.

3. Agreement to Terms
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

4. Privacy
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including contact information and, where applicable, health-related information related to your interest in biomarker testing or educational materials.

We may use this information to:

-Provide educational content and communications
-Coordinate access to third-party testing or clinical services
-Improve the Services and conduct aggregated research

We may communicate with you via email or other electronic means. These communications may not be secure.

THE SERVICES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT INTENDED FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL USE.

All content provided through the Services is intended to support general understanding of brain health science and biomarker research. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

The biomarker testing referenced through the Services may also be performed by independent third-party laboratories and/or ordered by licensed clinicians. In those cases, AlzLabs does not interpret or guarantee clinical results.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and information available through the Services are owned by or licensed to AlzLabs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. User Content
If you submit information, feedback, or materials (“User Content”), you grant AlzLabs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.
